Questions

What should we do on Orcas Island? We encourage aimless wandering, but just in case, here are a few of our favorite spots or places recommended to us!

Nature: You absolutely must visit Mount Constitution while you are here! The views are breathtaking, on a clear day you can see everything from the San Juan Archipelago to the Northern Cascades and beyond... You can also walk the trails at within Moran State Park, Obstruction Pass State Park, Turtleback Mountain Preserve, or West Beach

Water: After a beautiful ferry ride to the island, you are likely craving more time on the water! We recommend kayaking or paddle-boarding at various spots around the island, but an easy spot close to the camp (and really beautiful) is Cascade Lake. The island also offers boat tours for a chance of seeing the resident orcas, sea lions, humpback whales, seals, and other marine life out on the water.

Food: Take a stroll to the Farmer’s Market in Eastsound Village, grab a tasty pastry at Brown Bear Baking, or grab a bite at Mijitas. This area has a lot of good eats, fun shops, and places to explore. If you’re around for the weekend, we recommend grabbing a drink at The Barnacle or a sip of wine at the Orcas Island Winery or grabbing food at Buck Bay Shellfish Farm, Matia, or Houlme. *Matia and Houlme tend to book up, so we advise booking a reservation in advance!

For additional information, you can visit orcasisland.org and orcasislandchamber.com.

When should we RSVP by?

Please RSVP by June 20, 2026 at the following link: RSVP

Can I bring a guest/plus one?

We kindly ask that unless listed on your invitation message, we cannot accommodate additional guests or plus ones due to the size of our wedding.

What is the attire for the wedding ceremony?

The wedding will be semi-formal/cocktail attire. The wedding will be summer garden, outdoorsy vibes!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors? What is the weather like?

The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, the dinner reception and party will be indoors.

The weather this time of year is typically warm (60-80 degrees), occaisionally humid with sea breezes. There is a low chance of rain this time of year, but we suggest coming prepared (it is the PNW after all!)

How do we get to the venue? Where do we park?

The campground address is 3572 Olga Road, Olga, WA, 98279. We have plenty of free parking available at the campground, please do not park on Olga Road. We encourage car-pooling. If you aren’t driving you can call the local Taxi: 360-376-8294.

Do we have a wedding gift registry?

We appreciate how far and wide you each have traveled to be with us on our special day. Your presence is a gift! We don’t have a registry and aren’t expecting gifts, but if you would like to contribute, we have a website (~coming soon) set up for honeymoon donations.
